The Sentinel
The Sentinel I wanted to share the work that me and my senior design team ( Ian Hunter, Tyler Morris, Christopher Kiener ) have been developing since the start of our senior year. We have been working on a COVID-19 screening device capable of determining more accurately if the user might be infected with COVID-19 than conventional methods. The goal The goal of the Sentinel is to give a tool to employers, schools, and other institutions to come back to something resembling normality. We are using three different sensors to determine possible infection: Analyze temperature Blood oxygen levels Sense of smell to be able to give a more accurate result. Like every project, we have had our ups and downs in the developing and manufacturing process. Last-minute changes and mistakes pushed tea
